Just thought you people should know that these people are selling fraudulent items. I have seen them listing unlicensed items as "John Deere" items. The cast iron "tractor seats"they sell are complete garbage. If you'll look closely you'll notice that the deer on the seat is running the wrong way - left to right. The deer on JD logos have always ran right to left, since the first one. The date cast into the seat is also completely bogus, as it doesn't represent any milestone in company history. I believe the date is 1847. John Deere didn't build any piece of equipment that even had a seat in 1847, let alone a tractor. They were still building horse-drawn plows. Basically these seats are worthless and if you ever present one to even an amatuer Deere collector as legitimate, you will be laughed out of the room. Just trying to save some people some money.
